In the R&D facilities area, GS E&C built the Advanced Technology Research Complex of LG Chemical, Advanced Research Institution of Hanyang University and the Finance Research Center at LG Chemical. The company secured excellent project execution skills in the medical facilities field by building the Buddhist Hospital for Dongkook University and has won some follow-up orders, laying the groundwork for turning hospital projects into a strategic growth business for the future.

GS E&C builds art & culture facilities, sports facilities, department stores and other structures aimed at making life more comfortable and rewarding. The company’s reputation has grown from completing arts & culture center projects in Changwon, Pohang, Wonju and Jinju.

The LG Art Center is an elegant performing arts facility with exceptional seating arrangement, while the multi-purpose, 4,000-seat Assembly Hall of Kyunghee University is recognized as a first-class arts facility. GS E&C has also built the main stadium at Saudi Arabia’s Imam University, the Iljin Sports Center in Seoul and other highly rated sports facilities.
