GS E&C has been sharing economic growth with Vietnam by participating in a number of plant projects in the country. In October 2004, GS E&C executed an MOU with the Vietnamese government for the TBO Road Construction Project, holding a ground-breaking ceremony for the project on June 9, 2008. Starting with this project, GS E&C is planning to establish a range of housing projects in Vietnam, including the Xi Riverview Palace, Xi Grand Court, Xi Riverside, Xi Thu Thiem, and Mini-New Town.
