The Xi Ub Home System is a Ubiquitous System that integrates and
controls communication in residential life by connecting to a total of
11 objects in a home network. Based on a design philosophy of
“Intelligence with Emotion,” this system pursues emotional high
technology, expressed through a Cool & Soft Image through sophisticated
design features and emotional illumination. Additionally, the integrated
temperature controller, which controls both temperature and illumination,
and the electrical outlets that integrate electric appliances, offer innovation
and tremendous convenience as multi-functional products. In short,
the design identity has been significantly harnessed with a total design
that offers uniformity combined with appealing graphical elements.
“Pilot-Xi” is multi-functional street furniture for pedestrian use. It is a
flexible system combing a variety of function modules for public spaces,
(signage, benches, streetlights, plant pots, etc.), and offers optimal
features and functions depending on the location. The indirect lighting
illuminated from the upper section of the steel pole of the basic module
makes it easy to identify the location of signage, and creates an
attractive and comforting atmosphere. All sections are seamlessly
connected and easy to maintain. Pilot-Xi is created based on the design
concept of “caring about people and communicating with space,” and
offers spaces with lighting, a sense of relaxation, and communication.
